Terms and Conditions Apply Subscriptions

These Subscription, Authentication and Mobile Products Terms and Conditions govern your use of the subscription, authentication and mobile products offered by the Stats Fight from time to time. These Subscription, Authentication and Mobile Products Terms and Conditions supplement and are governed by the Stats Fight Terms and Conditions, which can be found at https://statsfight.com/subscriptions and are incorporated herein by reference, including the dispute resolution clauses therein. All defined terms not otherwise defined herein have the meaning ascribed to them in the Stats Fight Terms and Conditions.
These Subscription, Authentication and Mobile Products Terms and Conditions apply to the following subscription, authentication and mobile products, as each may be amended from time to time upon notice to you:

Stats Fight+ provides access to advanced statistics of fighters and fights.

1. Access to the Products
(a) Subscription products are available worldwide.
(b) Stats Fight Mobile Products are available to all mobile users on a cross-carrier basis.

2. Registration, Username, Password, Security
Registration: Registration is required for the use of the Subscription Products; registration may be required for use of certain other Products. We will not grant any user access to a Product that requires registration unless he or she has completed the necessary registration and paid the fees, if any, associated with access to such Product.
Username/E-mail and Password: Your username/email address and password will be your identity for purposes of accessing the Products.

3. Special Terms and Conditions Applicable to Subscription Products
The Subscription Products offered and the payment options offered for each Subscription Product may change at any time and at our sole discretion.
In order to purchase a Subscription Product, you may be required to provide complete and accurate personal information, including, without limitation, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card information and billing address. Our Privacy Policy explains how such information may be used by us and can be found at: https://statsfight.com/privacy-policy/ Your ability to purchase any Subscription Product is subject to limits established by your credit card issuer. You must notify us immediately of any change in your credit card information, including any change to your home address. By signing up for a subscription and utilizing a credit or debit card or any other payment method for purchase of any of the Subscription Products, you authorize us to charge such card on a periodic basis as specified in the amount and with the frequency described in the applicable Subscription Product purchase path(s).

4. Subscription Fees; Billing and Automatic Renewals; Cancellation; Free Trials; Refunds
Fees:
We reserve the right to modify the price of any Subscription Product in our discretion at any time. You can find the current prices and fees for the applicable Subscription Product (the "Fees") posted on the informational page(s) for such Subscription Product. You agree to pay all Fees and any other fees (including any applicable taxes) incurred in connection with your access to any Subscription Product, at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. We may change the Fees, or add new Fees, upon prior notice to you either by e-mail or publishing the changes on the webpages or mobile pages where the Subscription Product is located. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for reviewing the Subscription Products' schedule of Fees from time to time for changes in advance of signing up for a Subscription Product, and you further agree that changes shall be effective when posted on the informational page(s) for the Subscription Products. However, for customers that are already subscribed to an automatically renewing Subscription Product, advance notice of any change in the Fees associated with that Subscription Product will be provided by email in advance of any such change going into effect.

Billing; Automatic Renewals:
For Subscription Products billed by us on a monthly basis, the term of your subscription begins when you purchase the applicable Subscription Product, and unless you cancel as described below, your subscription will automatically renew each month and you will be charged the then-current applicable Fees (plus any applicable taxes) each month.

Free Trials:
Subscription Products "Stats Fight+" subscription doesn't have a Free Trial.

Cancellation:
If you signed up for a Subscription Product "Stats Fight+" and wish to cancel your subscription, visit the Profile- Setting - Subscription screen, switch the button to inactive mode, and confirm the cancellation.
If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will go into effect at the end of your current subscription period and stop the recurring subscription charge, but does not refund the transaction for the current billing period. You will have continued access to the Subscription Product for the remainder of your paid subscription period. You must cancel your subscription before it auto-renews to avoid paying the subscription fees for the next subscription period.

Refunds:
Ultimately, our decision to grant or deny refunds will be based on purchase type and the circumstances for the refund request. If we are unable to post a refund to your credit card, including because your credit card account is closed or otherwise unavailable when we attempt to post the refund, or if we allege that you have violated any terms governing your use of the applicable Subscription Product, you agree that you will forfeit the amount due to you (if any) under this paragraph. Please note that we may not be able to post refunds for subscriptions that are paid for through the use of "single use" credit card numbers or similar "disposable" payment methods. We recommend that you do not use these payment methods to pay for your subscription to the Subscription Products; if you choose to use them despite our recommendation, you do so at the risk that we may not be able to provide you with a refund under this paragraph.
You may be granted a refund based on the following circumstances:
- You made duplicate purchases using multiple registration/login credentials, or
- You are experiencing serious and ongoing technical difficulties
To request a refund, please reach out directly to our customer support team by support@statsfight.com.
Our reasonable effort to provide you with a refund, as described above, will be your exclusive remedy if you or we terminate your access to any Subscription Product, including in the event that you claim we breached our obligations to you
5. Termination:
You may terminate your access to any Subscription Product by cancelling your subscription in accordance with the instructions set forth above in "Cancellation".

6. Other Terms:
We are not responsible for any error in copy, descriptions or images relating to any Product. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing that we make even if we have already requested payment. In the event of an error, whether on an application, in an order confirmation, in processing an order, delivering a Product or service or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct such error and otherwise change or update the information without notice, revise your order accordingly if necessary (including charging the correct price) and/or cancel your order and refund any amount charged.
We reserve the right to make changes to the Products, including without limitation, with respect to the features, plans, content, promotions and pricing, at any time. We also reserve the right to upgrade, revise, modify, discontinue, shut down or cease offering any Product at any time, without prior notice to customers, and products or services may become unavailable without notice. We shall have no liability of any kind if a Product that has been purchased becomes unavailable.

7. Your Contact Information:
By accepting this Agreement, you agree that we may notify you about changes to Fees, with auto-renewal information, and/or about the Products by sending an e-mail message to your e-mail address on file with us and by publishing such notices from time to time on the informational page(s) of the applicable Product. It is your responsibility to notify us of any change in your e-mail address by logging in to the applicable Product and using the online account management tool. If your e-mail service includes functionality or software that catalogues your e-mails in an automated manner, it is your responsibility to ensure that those e-mails we send to you reach your inbox, which may include routinely monitoring your bulk, junk and/or spam e-mail folders or adding us to your address book or safe senders list.
